The annual club trip has been set to meet at Arrow Wood Resort in Alexandria, MN for February 14th and the 15th. Valentines weekend, what a great place to spend it at.

Arrow Wood is right on the trail system. They have plenty of parking for your vehicle and trailers. They are a Full Service Resort which offers restaurants, bars, swimming pool, hot tub, spa, workout room, and gift shop. They also have a waterpark for the family. The town itself has nice restaurants and plenty of cute shops for those shoppers.

Guestroom Rates:
$139.00 per room, per night, plus tax. Waterpark not included.
$169.00 per room, per night, plus tax. Includes 4 Waterpark passes.
Upgraded rooms, including Lake and King Executive, Family and Kids Rooms, and Family Suites may be requested and are granted upon availability for an additional $30.00 per room, per night.
Suite Accommodations, including King and Loft Suites, King Kitchenettes, and Apartment Suite may be requested and are granted upon availability for an additional $70.00 per suite, per night.

PLEASE NOTE:
*A 2 Night Minimum Stay Requirement will apply. If the guest should request an early departure or fail to occupy the room the day of arrival, a charge of one night’s room and tax will apply.
*Guestroom check-in after 4:00 pm, check-out is prior to 11:00 am.
*If your guestroom rate includes Water Park passes, the passes are valid beginning at 1:00pm the day of arrival until 4:00pm the
day of departure.
*In the event additional rooms are needed, beyond the contracted room block, they will be offered based on availability at the
special group rate quoted in the confirmation letter.

Cancellation:
Cancellation is a full 72 hours prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival, one night’s lodging
will be charged on the date of cancellation.
